LinkedIn does not expose who follows an account, so a follower count says nothing about who is on the other end. We measure the audience that actually engages: the people who react to and comment on a creator’s recent posts.
Those people are identified by their LinkedIn member id, profiled, and classified by seniority and industry. Because a capped sample over-represents the most frequent engagers, every published percentage is weighted by how often each person engages, so the figures describe the audience rather than its most loyal corner.
Each report states both numbers it rests on: how many profiles were analyzed, and how many unique people those profiles stand for.
